Where will the conference be held?

Located in the heart of the City of London, the Pan Pacific London is just two-minute walk away from the Liverpool Street train and underground station. It is also surrounded by iconic commercial buildings, history, culture, shopping, and gourmet heaven. The hotel is equipped with an indoor heated 18.5m infinity pool, 24-hour technologically advanced gym, spa, sauna, WiFi access and many more. Pets is also welcomed.

What is the COVID-19 protocol for the conference?

The well-being of our delegates is paramount to The Hackett Group. There is currently no COVID-19 protocol for our conference. We will continue to observe the latest guidance by the local health authorities and the Department of Health.

Should you experience any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19, we would encourage you to test prior to travel and entry into the conference. Should you experience any symptoms during the conference, please consider exiting the conference and notifying your representative at The Hackett Group.

What does the conference registration fee include?

  • The conference fee includes conference materials, as well as admission to all sessions, social events and meals.
  • Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for booking and payment of their own travel and hotel expenses.
  • The registration fee is waived for members of The Hackett Group Advisory Services subject to the contract agreement. For clarification on the number of complimentary tickets available to your organization, please contact your Advisory Account Manager.

Can other people from my company attend the conference?

Additional people from your company may attend the conference. They must also register on the registration page of this website.

What is the deadline for registrations?

Friday, 14 October 2022

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Any cancellation made by Sunday, 18 September 2022, will receive a full refund of your registration fees.
  • Any cancelation made between Monday, 19 September 2022 and Sunday, 9 October 2022, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made from Monday, 10 October 2022 onwards, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

What is your policy on transferring registrations?

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please email events@thehackettgroup.com if you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Recommended attire for all sessions and social events is business causal.

How and when can I make hotel room reservations?

Reservations can be made via the hotel’s online reservations. The discounted group rate is £375 per room per night for single occupancy. including VAT and WiFi. Rate is only available until Friday, 23 September 2022.
